2. Products & Pricing

1. All prices displayed on our website are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as mentioned).
2. Product images are for reference only; actual product may slightly differ due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing changes.
3. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

1. Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel/refuse any order due to:
   • Stock unavailability
   • Payment issues
   • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
2. You will receive an order confirmation email after successful placement.

4. Payment

1. We accept payments via Cashfree, UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available).
2. For COD orders, a confirmation fee/shipping charge may apply.
3. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.
2. Delivery time depends on the shipping partner and your location (5–10 business days approx.).
3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics companies.

6. Returns & Refunds

1. Returns are accepted only if:
   • Wrong/defective/damaged product received
   • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
3. COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of fraud or misuse.

8. Liability

1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
2. All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
